Message from the Executive Director of the Riverside Arts Council regarding the annual Mayor’s Ball for the Arts
I am thrilled to invite you to the Riverside Arts Council’s annual Mayor’s Ball for the Arts on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Barbara and Art Culver Center of the Arts. This year’s event will transport guests into the fantastical world of Alice in Wonderland!
The Mayor’s Ball is an annual fundraiser and awards ceremony where the Riverside Arts Council recognizes and honors the dedicated artists, organizations, and culture bearers who have made an impact in the community through the arts over the past year. This is an evening filled with inspiration, local talent, and fun – with a whimsically themed atmosphere that you won’t want to miss. Dress to the theme or wear your favorite cocktail attire!
Event Highlights:
- Honoring Riverside’s Changemakers in the Arts:Community-nominated changemakers will be recognized with awards for their outstanding contributions.
- Silent Auction & Opportunity Drawing:Featuring one-of-a-kind artwork from local artists and exciting prizes.
- Entertainment, Food & Drinks:A fun-filled evening in a Wonderland-inspired setting, with great food and entertainment.
While we would be delighted to have you join us at the event, we also understand if your schedule may not permit it. If you are unable to attend, there are still ways you can support this vital event and the Riverside Arts Council’s mission – “to develop, support and sustain the arts”. We are accepting donations and sponsorships to help us continue providing free programs, services, and events that uplift the community. Your support, whether by attending or contributing, makes a real difference in the growth of Riverside’s cultural landscape.
