91 Freeway Construction: Ramp Closures at 9th St & 14th St

The westbound 9th Street on-ramp and westbound 14th Street off-ramp will close on June 1, 2014 at 10 pm. The 9th Street on-ramp will close permanently. On July 1, 2014, the 14th Street off-ramp and the new 10th Street on-ramp will open.
The purpose of these closures is to allow the contractor to finish constructing the new westbound 14th Street off-ramp and the new westbound 10th Street on-ramp.
